FARM-TO-TABLE OVERLOOKING
THE GREENS

Rooted in Temecula Valley’s culinary scene, Corkfire Kitchen embraces a true farm-to-table philosophy. Sourcing seasonal ingredients from our two organic Chef’s Gardens and trusted local farms, ranches, and artisans. These thoughtfully tended gardens yield heirloom vegetables, aromatic herbs, and edible flowers that inspire each dish. Every plate celebrates the region’s freshest flavors, served in an elevated yet approachable setting with sweeping views of the golf course and surrounding valley.

BUTTERFLY HABITAT VIRTUAL TOUR

Located right next to our Chef's Garden and is open all year around. Our Butterfly Habitat is home to all species of butterfly and most notably the endangered Monarch Butterfly. In partnership with Monarch's in the Rough, the program connects and supports superintendents and other golf course staff as they plan, install, and manage habitat projects for the monarch butterfly on their courses. We invite you to tour our habitat with our own Golf Course Superintendent - Brett Wininger
