ROOTED IN SEASONALITY,
ELEVATED BY FLAME

Rooted in Temecula Valley's culinary landscape, Corkfire celebrates the connection between seasonal California ingredients and live-fire cooking. Sourced from our Chef's Gardens, local farms, ranches, and artisan producers, each dish is thoughtfully prepared through techniques such as ember roasting, wood-fire grilling, and flame finishing to create depth, balance, and bold flavor.
Fresh vegetables, aromatic herbs, vibrant citrus, and premium proteins take center stage, enhanced by the warmth of smoke, char, and flame. Every plate reflects the region's agricultural richness while embracing a refined garden-and-flame philosophy that is uniquely Corkfire.
Set against sweeping views of Temecula Creek Golf Club and the surrounding valley, Corkfire offers an elevated dining experience where seasonal ingredients, local sourcing, and live-fire come together in every meal.

Meet the Chef Executive Chef Jonathan Alcala

Chef Jonathan Alcala is a culinary professional deeply committed to the traditions of California cuisine. His passion for food and the concept of conviviality originated in his childhood, rooted in traditional family gatherings centered around "carne asada" and "marisciada” weekend festivities. Through fishing and hungry trips with his father, he was exposed early on to the diverse facets of Mexico’s Baja cuisine.

BUTTERFLY HABITAT VIRTUAL TOUR

Located right next to our Chef's Garden and is open all year around. Our Butterfly Habitat is home to all species of butterfly and most notably the endangered Monarch Butterfly. In partnership with Monarch's in the Rough, the program connects and supports superintendents and other golf course staff as they plan, install, and manage habitat projects for the monarch butterfly on their courses. We invite you to tour our habitat with our own Golf Course Superintendent - Brett Wininger
