Tacos and Tequila: Part Dos with Califino Tequila

Join us for Tacos and Tequila: Part Dos with Califino Tequila on Tuesday, July 22nd at 6 PM, for an interactive and flavorful culinary experience at Corkfire Kitchen, held in our exclusive Quarry Room.

Executive Chef Ben Diaz has crafted a special three-course menu for the evening, featuring California spiny lobster, soft shell crab, barbacoa, and pork belly al pastor. Each course is thoughtfully paired with Califino tequila tastings to elevate your dining experience. To finish, enjoy a sweet finale of Fresas y Crema.

During dinner, we’ll be playing Lotería, Mexico’s favorite game of chance, for a chance to win some fabulous prizes!
